Perhaps take a few deep inhales and long exhales as you bring your mind to this very moment.

Continue to focus on your breath as I lead you through today's affirmations.

Perhaps you'd like to repeat these affirmations silently to yourself as you allow them to fully wash over you.

I am love.

I am joy.

I am radiant.

I am abundant.

I am enough.

I am beautiful.

I am whole.

I am peaceful.

I am full of potential.

I am free of stress.

I am successful in everything I do.

I am worthy of living an incredible life.

I am deserving of love.

I am grateful for everything I possess.
