A somatic meditation for nervous system regulation. This practice focuses on the kidneys, adrenal glands, and brainstem — areas of the body deeply connected to stress, safety, and survival responses. Through slow, gentle attention, we bring awareness to these inner centers to support a deeper sense of rest and internal support. Rather than trying to force relaxation, we create space for the body to settle in its own time. This meditation can be especially helpful if you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depleted, or stuck in survival mode.
