A somatic meditation for nervous system regulation. This practice focuses on the kidneys, adrenal glands, and brainstem — areas of the body deeply connected to stress, safety, and survival responses. Through slow, gentle attention, we bring awareness to these inner centers to support a deeper sense of rest and internal support. Rather than trying to force relaxation, we create space for the body to settle in its own time.
