Welcome Begin by finding a comfortable position where your body can feel supported,

Particularly your joints and whenever you're ready begin to gently close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath noticing the body moving with each inhalation and with each exhalation give yourself the invitation that with each exhalation your body becomes more and more relaxed Now begin to imagine that a beautiful waterfall of white light is entering the top of your head You begin to feel this gentle healing energy throughout your brain feeling it pouring all over your face your chest,

Your chin The waterfall of white light now continues to move into your chest your shoulders and your back and you feel it move down your arms and your hands and sensing it moving through and out your fingertips taking with it any stress that you've held in your body The white light continues to flow into your abdomen and solar plexus your pelvis,

Your buttocks your hips feeling it moving down your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves Now it enters your ankles and feet and moves out through your toes taking any stress or discomfort that you've stored in your body with it You're now in a continuous waterfall of white light Every part of your body is filled with this white light Allow this energy to wash all over you and taking your time to enjoy the gentle calm that it brings you
