Love Affirmations - Recorded In The Appalachian Mountains

The vocals for this Love affirmation were channeled in a grove of Birch and Pines in the Appalachian Mountains of New Hampshire in later October, 2022.

Tuned to 432hz and combining the healing frequencies of Nature with affirmations of Self-Love, this meditation is offered as an "attunement" to begin or end your day, or to infuse into your art therapy or other mindfulness practice.

Love is who I am.

I am love.

I attract love.

I radiate love.

Wherever I go,

Whatever environment I find myself in,

I find that love is reflected back to me because love is the essence of who I am.

I radiate love.

I am love.

I smile and breathe in the essence of the love that I am.

I love my body.

I love this beautiful mind and I love so much this life on this beautiful planet surrounded by nature,

Surrounded by trees and breeze and animals,

The clarity of the sky at night and in day,

The endless blue that reflects back to me the clarity of love that I am.

I radiate love.

I emanate love.

I cultivate love from within and I notice that wherever I go,

Love is always reflected back to me.

As I allow myself to pursue what I love,

I find that love expands.

Wherever I go,

Whatever environment I find myself in,

Love is always reflected back to me in ways known and unknown.

I live in a divine romance with the universe.

I allow love to express through me in a way that love can only express through my individual soul expression and I recognize the individual soul expression in others.

I recognize the love in others.

I see it in their eyes.

I see it in their body language.

I feel it in their voice tonality.

Everywhere I go,

I'm surrounded by love.

I breathe in love.

I exhale love and I return love back to the earth.

As I nourish the earth with love,

I feel so held and so supported by the earth herself.

I notice every breath I take,

I feel so held and cradled and supported and nurtured by this environment,

Nurtured by nature,

Nurtured by the elements of nature and comforted by the cycles of life,

Death and rebirth.

I feel love all around me.

I feel it radiating through me.

I feel it expressing through my hands.

I feel love expressing through my language.

I feel love expressing through my body language.

I am love.

I am divine.

I love my body.

I love my beautiful spirit.

I love my deep,

Deep emotions and I love my brilliant mind.

Everywhere I go,

Love is reflected back to me.

I am love.

I radiate love.

I allow love to express through me.

I allow love to flow through me.

Love is the nature of my reality.

Love is the lifeline,

The lifetime,

The life essence that I align with.

Love is a life force that allows more life to give life to life.

I'm surrounded by love wherever I go.

I see love everywhere I look.

Love is creative expression and action.

I allow love to flow through me.

I am spirit.

I am divine.

I am held by nature.

I connect with nature.

I am nature herself.
