Welcome.

Your day is done.

As you prepare for rest,

Find a comfortable position for yourself to lie down in your bed.

Could you make yourself any more comfortable?

Perhaps fluffing up your pillows,

Getting snuggled up under a blanket.

Give yourself space to shift around a little and get cozy.

Taking your time.

Once you find that sweet spot,

See if you can settle into stillness.

Letting the day go.

Surrendering into the night.

A safe,

Quiet place where you are allowed to let go.

Allowed to rest.

There is nothing left that you need to do.

There is nothing you can change about the day that has already happened.

Today is in the past.

All that's left to do now is rest.

Reset.

Recharge.

Inviting the eyes to close if you haven't already done so.

Start to tune into the rhythm of your soft,

Natural breath.

Just breathe here.

Just breathe.

Breath rolls in.

Breath rolls out.

Like the gentle waves of the ocean.

Connect to the effortless ebb and flow of your breathing.

The buoyancy within the body as if you were softly floating in water.

Weightless.

Calmness washing over you.

Skin warmed by the sunlight.

No effort,

Just ease.

Let go.

Mind pulls you away.

Just notice without judgment.

Bring your attention back to your sweet breath.

Let it nourish you.

Let it hold you.

Pound the head to soften.

Eyebrows relax.

As well as the face behind your eyes.

Releasing any tension within your jaw.

Finding space between your upper and lower teeth.

Tongue gently rests on the floor of the mouth.

Shoulders melt down into the earth.

Fully supported.

Belly soft.

Find lightness in the legs.

All the way down through the tips of the toes.

Whole body relax.

Go into the space surrounding your body.

Letting go.

Coming back to your breath as many times as you need to.

As you drift off further,

Mind rests on your breath.

Just keep letting go.

Rest here.

Deep rest.
