Jess is a Health & Wellness and Life Coach who specializes in mindfulness and meditation. She has been an elementary school educator since 2002 and uses mindfulness practices in the classroom and wants to help both children and adults. Jess’ goal is to allow others to deal with their anxiety, panic and depression as she too was diagnosed with these disorders after a near death experience a few years ago. Jess loves to practice restorative yoga and go for beach walks.
