Through embodiment, mindfulness, and personal development modalities, he has impacted over 200,000 people globally. With 20 years of dedicated yoga and meditation practice, he helps teachers teach, learners learn, and people connect—with a grounded blend of gravitas and levity. Jeremy began as a personal trainer in Los Angeles, then backpacked across Europe and Asia before living in a Himalayan ashram, where he trained with traditional gurus and experienced the awe of the Kumbh Mela. Now based in the Bay Area, Jeremy has designed wellness programs for companies like Salesforce and Pinterest.
