This guided savoring meditation is a practice in noticing and absorbing what is already good, without pretending everything is fine. This is not toxic positivity, and it’s definitely not “good vibes only.” Stress, grief, frustration, uncertainty, and hard things can all be real. This practice simply helps you widen your attention enough to notice that they are not the only things that are real. Through guided reflection, sensory awareness, and savoring, you’ll practice staying with small moments of pleasure, connection, relief, accomplishment, beauty, and ease for a little longer than you normally might. Think of it as attention training for the good stuff. Use this meditation when you want to: • feel more present • reconnect with everyday pleasure • interrupt constant problem-scanning • strengthen gratitude without forcing it • build a more balanced awareness of your life No need to manufacture happiness. Just notice what’s already here.
