A gentle and grounding yin yoga class to help you slow down and land in the body. Through a few simple poses - including Reclining Butterfly, Figure Four, Sphinx, Child's Pose, and Caterpillar - you are invited to soften through the hips and lower back and release tension. The poses are held for several minutes, giving both body and mind time to unwind. Throughout the practice, you are gently invited to return to the breath and to the sensations in the body, without pressure or performance. The practice ends with a longer Savasana, offering space for deep rest and integration.
