This moment is for you.

Only you can claim it and give it all of your attention.

How does it feel to be in your body today?

Trust that the spine is supporting you.

You are safe now to close your eyes and just relax.

Let your breath do the work and let it guide you deeper down to your body.

What do you notice?

Is there something blocking the movement?

Become your own personal detective,

Like a scanner.

Is there a part of you asking for your attention?

Asking to be felt,

To be heard,

To be witnessed.

It's all happening for you,

Even if it's painful and once the message is truly heard,

It is free to go.

What is currently happening?

What if we would just witness it?

Give space also to the parts that seem frozen,

Forgotten,

Silenced or somehow unwanted.

Things that cannot arrive anywhere else because you already have them and at times the mind is too busy to stop and listen.
