Hello and welcome to your self love meditation.
Take a moment to get comfortable.
You may sit or lie down.
Whatever is most comfortable for you is perfect.
And we can start off by taking some nice deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and through your nose and out through your mouth.
And take a moment to feel the surface that you are on whether it's your chair or the floor.
Just really allow your body to connect in to the surface that you're on.
And settle in.
And on the next inhale,
Breathe into any parts of your body that may feel tense,
That may feel tight,
Sore.
And just notice those parts and don't try to change it.
And just breathe into each of those body parts.
Send your breath to the parts that are tense.
That may need a little extra love.
Send that oxygen and picturing the air surrounding those body parts and really loosening that tension and imagining that tension just melting away.
And on your next inhale,
Send each of those body parts some love.
Now I invite you to bring your awareness to your heart center and place your left hand on your heart and really connect in.
And imagine this beautiful golden white light all sparkly and filled with love coming up from the bottom of your feet.
And this golden white light quickly surrounds you and meets up with your heart center.
And then you notice the beautiful golden white light comes down from above and you're quickly surrounded with this warm,
Gentle,
Loving light and it merges with your heart center.
And this light is swirling in and out.
Gently moving any energy that may be stuck.
Gently relaxing all of your body parts and ushering out anything that no longer serves you.
Anything that is old and is ready to be released.
Just take a moment to feel this loving energy that just wants to give you love and peace.
And anything that is of a lower vibration is swept out with ease and grace.
Now imagine that you are breathing in and out of your heart space and that there is a purple light radiating from your heart.
And with each breath it grows bigger and bigger and soon it fills up your chest and your whole body.
And this purple light merges with the golden white light to envelop you with this amazing feeling,
This amazing peace.
It's already inside of you.
And as this light expands it fills the room that you're in and it continues to expand to fill your house or apartment and your neighborhood.
Keep breathing.
You're doing great.
And as you keep breathing the light continues to expand out to your town and then your state and the country.
All the while surrounding you and nourishing you.
Now I invite you to gently peel back your hand like you're opening a doorway.
A doorway to your heart.
And as you open your hand you're opening your heart more where you can love deeper.
And if that love is just for yourself that is great.
But you're feeling that love for yourself grow deeper and you're able to listen to your intuition because your heart is open.
And settle into this energy and just continue to breathe and feel what it feels like to have an open heart.
To have that love flowing in and out constantly nourishing you.
And just filling you with so much peace and an inner knowing that all is well.
That you don't need to look for love from the outside.
That you already have it in you and you can access it at any time.
Now think of something that you want to bring into your life.
And imagine it in front of you.
And you just send it so much love.
And imagine that thing reflecting back to you your own love.
And in the next few moments just taking nice deep breaths in.
And basking in this energy.
And when you are ready you can wiggle your fingers and toes.
And imagine this beautiful energy coming back down into your room.
And know that you always have access to this love that you just experienced.
