Shaltazar,

Oracle card number 36,

Feeding Your Mind Do you pay attention to what you are feeding your mind?

Many of you have come to realize that what you feed your physical body affects your well-being.

Let us assure you,

The same applies to your mental body.

Your mind is a very powerful tool.

It can be your biggest asset,

But it can also be your biggest liability.

The mind was designed in such a way that it remembers.

It retains your life experiences like a recording device.

That can be a positive thing,

But can also be harmful.

The memories you have collected from your past affect your future decisions.

But as well as those recollections,

What you feed your mind in the present moment also impacts your reality.

If you feed it fear,

Worry,

Doubt,

Anxiousness and impatience,

The actions you take and the decisions you make will be based on that energy.

With so much going on in your world,

It's easy to allow your mind to drift.

But be careful,

Because a wandering mind can take your focus of what is important to you.

What you focus on is what comes forth in your reality.

Become more mindful of where you put your attention.

If it does not serve your highest good,

Let it go.

When you change what you consume in your body,

It does not transform immediately.

It takes time for you to adjust to the new intake.

That applies to your mind as well.

As you begin to feed your mind new thoughts,

It will take time for it to adapt and integrate the changed energy.

Be patient,

Learn to become more conscious and aware of what you are feeding your mind.

You always have a choice.

Change your mind and you will change your life.
