In life, both expansion and contraction are natural, and efforts to forcefully push through challenges can hinder progress. Instead of resisting, it's wise to adopt a stance of surrender and allowance, embracing the ebb and flow of life. Resting during periods of ebb prepares you to fully engage with the flow, leading to greater achievement, enjoyment, and less suffering. Embracing this rhythm leads to a more harmonious existence. I want to thank Claire Ottewell for being the voice of Shaltazar and Music of Wisdom (Narek Mirzaei) for the background music.

Shaltazar,

Oracle card number 28,

When Flow Stops All life has an ebb and a flow.

We know you love it when your life glides along easily with little effort and things move smoothly.

It would be great if it were that way all the time.

But that cannot be.

Life expands and life contracts.

It is by the source's design.

Often you stop the flow of life unknowingly because you are always creating your future reality.

However,

Sometimes it is beyond your control.

When the flow stops,

Often you push even harder.

You forge ahead determined to succeed.

You believe you can get back into the flow and make things happen.

The more flow stops,

The harder you try.

You were taught to push through adversity,

But pushing against the current won't get you back into the flow.

The wise thing to do is to get out of the way.

Move away from trying to make it happen and instead shift to a state of allowing it to happen.

Don't fight back,

Instead surrender,

Release and let go.

We know it can feel uncomfortable,

But simply rest,

Reflect and go within.

Take a deep breath and move to the present moment.

Your mind wants you to push onward against the current,

But that is not in your highest good.

The harder you push,

The more fatigued you will get.

Your ability to accomplish is diminished when you are tired,

And yet you insist on pushing onwards.

That prevents you from getting back into the flow.

Rest on the ebb so you can take full advantage of the flow.

Don't fight what you cannot control.

Learn to sense when your life is in flow and learn to know when it is not.

Accept the ebb and flow of life and you will achieve more,

Enjoy more and have less suffering.
