Beginnings And Endings

As one year closes and another begins, it is important to pause and reflect on what the struggles of the past year have taught us and to use that learning to move forward into the coming year reinvigorated and with a deeper understanding of what is truly important for our growth and expansion. This is our opportunity to release what we have been taught, to let go of what the mind tells us we know, and instead turn within to embrace our inner knowing and in so doing find our personal truth.
