Namaste,

As always I'll ask you to find a comfortable place finding a place where you can settle in You can bring rest to the body and relaxation to the mind time when you can really explore the soul peace within I'll ask you to really settle in to really become aware of the body to become in tune with the body feeling the energy feeling the divine energy divine life force moving within the body animating this body the divine divine creator moving within us always surrounding us protecting us,

Guiding us I'll ask you to really settle in in this moment becoming aware of the energy the energy surrounding you in this moment the energy moving in the room around you in this moment taking note of the energy coursing through your veins the breath moving through the body in this moment allow your thoughts to gently slow down allow your eyes to become heavy to be at ease noticing any sounds or scents that may be present noticing the energy within this moment within the body when you're ready,

Ever so gently closing the eyes and drifting away with me in this moment in this moment of peace in this moment of tranquility knowing that we are safe in this moment knowing that we are just where we should be in this moment knowing that we may not always understand the journey we need only trust the journey trusting the process all of the ups and downs bends and pulls tucks and turns knowing that this delicate dance will lead us to a defined destiny knowing that we did not meet these obstacles and hurdles by chance knowing that our creator and source has prepared the way has prepared a perfect path knowing that when the path gets dark and you find yourself on the unbeaten path when you find yourself faced with obstacles and opposition that it is simply a part of this journey the heavy lifting that creates the spiritual muscles to carry you from glory to glory to glory it is in the heavy lifting that we develop we develop faith we develop character we develop tenacity and resilience it is in the face of our opposition that we understand just how mighty and powerful the hand of the creator is within us and upon us no matter what we come up against no matter where we may tread on our path knowing that the creator and source is always there with us beside us,

Within us surrounding us,

Protecting us and near us,

Providing wisdom and clarity road ahead seems rough you must understand that it is in those very moments that we are defined that we are developed through our dedication and determination we will soar above any obstacle and any opposition knowing that it is merely a part of the process a part of the plan pain is a very powerful part of the process a very defining piece of our path it shapes us and molds us it teaches us prepares us for what lies ahead I know that we didn't plan it to be this way and oh I know that things seem to have slipped off track maybe you feel as if things have fallen off course but it is right in those moments that we come to realize we were never off track but always always walking in alignment always walking in alignment with our destiny understand that looks can be deceiving and things that we see may not actually be what they are that this path is full of illusion and mirage the vision can get blurry can become obscured and understand that when we are walking in the dark light is within us remember that we are always connected to the light creator and source know that when the path is dark the emotions are heavy,

The heart is heavy know that we are that we are always connected,

That it's our creator always connected to source knowing that our vision is weary that the universe will provide clarity direction that we must only continue this path and journey one foot before the other that we must we must understand we must understand that that we are not this body,

We are not this mind we must understand that we are not the obstacles that we face and the opposition that we meet for we are divinity wrapped in truth basking in the golden sun of truth wisdom that only our creator and source can provide that we are not the mistakes of our past we are not our fears or our failures understand that it had to be this very way as we wander this winding path there is hope and light within us always connected all we must do is tap into into the life force energy flowing within us,

Coursing through the veins we must remember that internal growth,

The beginning of exponential growth what we cultivate outside of ourself it is what grows within us that allows us to sustain to sustain our gifts and blessings it is what lies within us that gives us peace and joy it is the internal growth that propels us to external greatness it is what it is what is within us that defines us it's not the clothes we wear it's not the things we own it's not our accomplishments possessions or accolades it is the internal grace and joy that gives us peace and happiness that can only be found it is understanding that it is understanding that we are the soul within we are the energy within it is that which is inside of us it is the seed within us awareness into the breath as we spend just a moment as we spend just a moment gazing at the soul deep within deep within,

Understanding that it is what is within us it is what is within us that defines us it is within us it is what is within us brings peace,

Contentment,

Joy I ask you to spend a moment leaning into the breath the gentle ebb and flow of the breath each inhalation and exhalation diving deeper into the soul going deeper within everything begins within that everything begins within everything we do,

Everywhere we go everyone we meet it all begins what's inside it all begins with what lies inside begins within leaning into the breath as we explore the universe within there is a universe within you there is a world leaning into the breath as we dive deeper into the soul as we explore the universe within imagine sitting underneath the sky the sky that twinkled in stars noticing the light of the stars dance in the night sky as we dive in stars the universe within there is an entire cosmos within you there is greatness beyond anything you could ever dream or imagine right?

You are connected to a power and a source you are connected to the creator and source asking in the golden sun your true essence is divinity within you what is within you you are not the creator and source you are but an extension of the creator and source you must only look within to find divinity you must only look within to find truth you must only look within find direction and discernment understand the way life is chaotic turn your gaze within your gaze within to the inner sky shining and shimmering dancing under the light of a million stars external things for they are only temporary and passing fancy there is no need to attach your happiness and joy to material things just a moment there is no sense in attaching ourselves to our past the past is behind us we must remember that the essence of who we are lies within when you are lost and can't find your way like a child sitting beneath a starry sky releasing all worries,

All fears,

And all doubts releasing which no longer serves you creating a space makes sense everything just seems crazy and chaotic within a place of rest and restoration within what it looks like no matter what it feels like what tricks the fears the heart may harbor you need not worry rest and restoration peace of mind I ask you to spend just a moment masking beneath the stars sitting in the presence of our creator and source feeling his energy surrounding us exploring the depths of the soul each inhalation and exhalation direction and discernment creativity and overflow ease to feel the mind and soul to be this moment creator and source gratitude that his greatness and glory is only a touch away is within us at all times is with us at all times nurturing us and loving us is only a mother and shaping us teaching us soul to be full of gratitude creativity and abundance to rain down which feels the highest vibration and source there is no surrounded by lust I ask you to in this moment slowly bring your awareness into this moment noticing the energy surrounding you in this moment feeling the energy surrounding this on the breath noticing the energy in the room the energy surrounding the body this is very present in this moment so slowly thank you for allowing me to be as we journey into this moment until we meet again
