Good evening and welcome to Bedtime Affirmations.

Today we will focus on shutting down the mind and body along with repeating positive affirmations.

Please find a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Now release.

Feel your body shift to a calm,

Relaxed state.

And when you lay your head to rest,

Dream the impossible,

Plant the seed,

And allow your subconscious mind to work its magic and manifest all your desires and goals.

The journey starts within your mind.

As you think it,

You become it.

The laws of attraction will bring the right pieces to the puzzle.

Dr.

Wayne Dyer says in his book,

The Power of Intention,

When you change the way you look at things,

The things you look at change.

When you see the world as abundant and friendly,

Your intentions are genuine possibilities.

Soon your body will enter a deep sleep,

And your inner imagination will inhale all the possibilities the world has to offer you.

Let's focus on your breathing.

Breathe in.

Now release.

Breathe in.

Take a moment to appreciate life,

The air you breathe,

The food that nourishes your body and soul,

The beautiful trees,

Flowers,

Mountains and oceans that surround us.

Take a moment and appreciate all living things.

Be thankful.

Be grateful.

Your body begins to soften.

You feel light as a feather.

Your brain is completely shut down.

Whatever issues or problems that need to be addressed or fixed can wait.

Remember,

It should be a lifelong mission to live a stress-free life.

Tonight is all about disconnecting and shutting down the outside noise.

Allow your mind,

Body and spirit to experience blissful,

Peaceful isolation.

Let's take a deep breath in.

And breathe out.

Let's take a deep breath in.

And breathe out.

Take another deep breath in.

And breathe out.

One last breath in.

And breathe out.

Relax your mind.

Be at peace with yourself.

Enjoy the present moment in stillness.

Enjoy the present moment in stillness.

Now please repeat after me.

I have all the power within myself to execute my plans and achieve my goals.

I will not turn away from any obstacles or roadblocks that may enter my path.

I will continue to educate myself,

Become wiser and access my higher consciousness.

It is imperative that I lay my head to rest every night so my mind and body can rejuvenate itself.

Thank you for joining me this evening.

I give all my blessings to you and may our spirits rejoice together in the universe.

Your voice is so deeply soothing and your message so affirming, I went out like a light before you got to the first affirmation! I’m going to listen again now so I can find out what they are. šŸ˜‰āœØšŸ™šŸ½āœØ
