Welcome to this body scan in the wild.

Close your eyes and lay in complete stillness and allow me to take you on this journey into the wilderness.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Hear the forest rain ruffling the trees as it slowly comes down to nurture your surroundings and caress your face.

Allow your body to soften and become one with the universe.

Notice how the soil and leaves gravitate to your body as you lie in total bliss.

Bring your awareness to the animals singing in the distance as you listen to the mystical soundscape.

Although you are all alone in this land of prey,

You are safe and protected by Mother Nature.

At this present moment,

There are no fears,

No worries,

No concerns.

With the magical rain softly drizzling over your body,

You see a glimpse of the sun move in and out of the clouds.

The healing process begins.

Starting at the crown of your head,

The rain is washing away any negative thoughts,

Unwanted emotions,

Headaches,

And stress.

Take a deep breath in,

Now release.

Take a deep breath in,

Now release.

Feel the crown of your head exhaling into pure relaxation and happiness.

Connect to a feeling of peace and comfort.

Now focus your attention on your shoulders,

Chest,

Stomach,

Arms,

And hands.

Feel the physical and mental sensations as you journey into a balanced state of mind and body.

Your spirit is taken by the beauty and sound of the wilderness.

Feel the soil and leaves embrace the lower part of your body like a protective force field.

Concentrate on your pelvic area,

Your thighs,

Your calves,

Your ankles,

And feet.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Visualize a ray of energy healing your entire body as you lie in complete stillness.

Deep inside your subconscious mind,

You have a strong sense you've been here before.

The wilderness welcomes back your spiritual connection.

Notice the vibration that controls you.

Smell the trees and forest rain.

The temperature of the rain is warm like a candlelit bath with a scent of lavender.

At this moment,

You are erasing any body pain and discomfort.

Perhaps you had a long stressful day dealing with work issues or personal relationships.

Maybe your day is just beginning and you need to revitalize your body energy.

Whatever the case,

Take this time to listen to your bodily instincts.
