Jasmin Cromwell

Jasmin Cromwell received her E-RYT 200 in 2010. A long time meditation and yoga practitioner led Jasmin to the path of teaching. She feels that the practice of yoga & meditation can lead us on a path to a more meaningful life. Jasmin teaches yoga with a more gentle & therapeutic approach, and likes to bring mindfulness into the practice.
