Day 37 of 40 Days and 40 Nights Liminal Prayer - Morning and Evening Sound Journey & Meditation Practice

These recordings were done and conceived as a sound-quarantine practice. For forty days, you're invited to deeply listen to one of these recordings twice per day -once in the morning and once in the evening before going to bed- as you keep track of all the images, thoughts, sensations you might have during each session and writing them down in a diary or personal sound journal.

The pieces to which I usually listen are very repetitive. But I found the complexity of this to be unusually grounding rather than distracting. In fact, it did a beautiful job occupying my monkey mind which often seems to be on speed these days. I felt as if I barely took my seat before it was finished🙏🏻💕
