Liminal Prayer - Day 11

Day 11 of 40 Days and 40 Nights Liminal Prayer - Morning and Evening Sound Journey & Meditation Practice. These recordings were done and conceived as a sound-quarantine practice. For fourty days, you're invited to deeply listen to one of these recordings twice per day -once in the morning and once in the evening before going to bed- as you keep track of all the images, thoughts, sensations you might have during each session and writing them down in a diary or personal sound journal.
