Affirmations for Processing and Releasing Anger After a Breakup These affirmations are powerful messages that you can use along your journey to process and release anger.

I encourage you to listen once a day while you work to turn a corner on your process of healing.

I will read each twice,

Giving you time in between to say each to yourself.

I love learning from all of my feelings.

I am in control of how I respond to everything that happens in my life.

I am in the process of turning this experience into a beautiful life lesson.

I allow myself to grow from my mistakes.

I am allowed to feel the way I feel.

I enjoy thinking before I act.

Peace and calm are waiting for me.

I transform my anger into self-reflection and peace.

My breath is always waiting for me.

Anger is a signal,
