Giving you time in between to say each to yourself.

I am hurt,

But I know that it is temporary.

I am healing a bit each day.

I am going to have a wonderful,

Abundant life.

This is a powerful learning experience.

This breakup does not define me.

I know that I can beat this breakup.

I am allowed to grieve and have challenging days.

I am strong.
