Let this be easy as he does it.
And could I open my mind to something that I don't know?
Could I allow myself?
To not know,
Could I allow myself to know something new?
How could I allow myself to not have to understand this on the level of my brain?
Remembrance of soul,
Remembrance of truth is an interesting thing.
It happens,
It happens in a deeper dimension.
It's like you recognize it inside,
But you can't,
Your brain can't put its finger on it.
And can we let that be okay?
Can we have an insight,
A remembrance,
A A whiff of truth.
And just breathe,
Soften.
Could we open to the possibility that we are safer?
More okay,
More peaceful,
More clear,
More cared for,
More resourced,
More.
Loving,
More compassionate,
More loved,
More worthy than our brain has ever let us know.
And this is in a spiritual dimension.
This is your divine self.
This is your soul self,
Your higher self.
Custom default in us is this covered by our humanity.
And we don't resist our humanity.
We understand it a little bit better,
And that's where the peace comes from.
And just breathe into the belly,
Soften the body and as best as you can,
See if you can let go of effort and trying and trying to figure it out.
And as best as you can,
Can you just know that you have a center?
That you have a quiet mind,
That a quiet mind is safe.
That a stirred up mind is lovable just as a quiet mind is.
And could you allow yourself just for this moment to pull your energy in?
And contemplate with curiosity,
What if,
What if.
I am feeling my thinking about life,
Not life.
What if,
Yes,
As an empath and intuitive,
I can sense life,
But my experience of even that is through my own thoughts and perceptions of it.
And that if I'm a bit frazzled or razzled or stirred up or shaken like a snow globe,
That I allow myself the devotion gently and radical awareness gently.
To go,
Oh my gosh,
Okay.
My thinking stirred up and when I notice it,
Something really cool is that our brain settles it for us on its own when we notice.
Whoop,
I'm thinking my circumstances are causing me this pain.
It's my thinking causing me the pain.
Neither right nor wrong,
Nor good nor bad,
Just that's what's happening.
And then I can take my foot off the gas.
And I can not time it and I can let go and I can see.
That it'll settle.
And that when it does,
If there is an action step at all,
It'll arise from clarity.
Common-sense knowing intuition.
That this,
My spiritual nature is an even safer place to sit than my thinking.
And that my thinking is a gift,
It's fun.
It's creative,
Spiritual Play-Doh.
But I don't need it to still be fully me and whole and complete and alive and joyous and smart and all these things.
It is me I forgot.
There you go.
And so I let go as best as I can of the identity I've created.
And I let go as best as I can of feeling powerless to life.
And remember that of course I will feel fully in life.
But if I'm very stirred up,
Wow,
That's my thinking.
I don't need to control it,
Make it bad,
Make it wrong.
I know this.
That I've just bought into it a little too much,
That I've identified with it a little too much,
That I've just taken it a little too seriously.
I let myself flow with the wind a little too much,
Then stay rooted in my center.
And sometimes it's fun.
Sometimes we let it take us.
We dance with it.
We have a human experience.
But as best as you can right now,
Can you meet yourself with grace?
Can you open to an inner remembrance within you?
Oh my gosh,
I'm just splashing in the pond.
I'm gonna,
I'm just gonna notice,
Oh,
There's insecurity or there's fear,
There's worry.
It's not what I'm thinking,
It's that.
That I'm thinking.
Maybe I don't need this much mental chatter to be happy,
Alive,
Connected,
Successful.
And I take my foot off the gas.
And the car slowly settles.
I stop splashing in the pond and the sand slowly settles.
And I find myself with a bit more peace and a bit more clarity and a bit more confidence.
All the things I was looking for.
So just breathe and soften.
Keep it simple.
I am human and I am divine.
I have something to rest in,
I just didn't know it.
And when I let go,
I find it.
It's always there.
It's who I am.
My insides will remind me.
And so the next time you notice you get caught up in overthinking,
Welcoming in that loving radical awareness tonight,
Tomorrow,
This week.
Look at that.
I'm stirred up.
Let me just get out of the way and still my body and.
.
.
And let that settle without my effort.
I remember I used to give this analogy of a lot of times we get in there with like a power washer.
We're trying to spray the thoughts down.
We can,
But we don't have to.
We don't need to power wash the sand at the bottom.
We just need to stop splashing.
Understanding it was us that bought into it a little too much.
We were having a little too much fun at the Christmas party.
There you go.
So anytime you need to find your center,
You can listen to this 10 minutes.
Or just notice.
This is created in me.
It's okay to feel it,
It's okay to experience it,
But I'm just gonna get out of the way and let myself be righted,
My ship be righted,
Let my center be revealed.
And I'll take the next step from there because this is in all of us.
Feeling your feet,
Your back.
Your body.
Deep breath,
Slowly coming back whenever you're ready.
Just let it be a game.
Not one of judgment,
Right,
Wrong,
Good or bad,
But just a game.
Oop,
I left my center.
Oop.
There I go again.
