This was surprisingly relaxing. I woke to early so listened to this. I eventually drifted back to sleep with crazy dreams and I was given a box of very unusual homegrown vegetables. Some were large translucent tubes like trachea grown on an allotment in my home village in Scotland. Interesting. I needed that extra sleep too. 🙏🏼
