Welcome to this peaceful space.

Here there is nothing but calm and light.

You can lay down any fears and worries and tensions.

We carry them around enough on a day-to-day basis,

And this is a place to be free and joyous.

If you haven't already,

Close your eyes.

You are now in a space of perfect calm and comfort.

Now start to feel your body floating on a soft current of air,

The temperature is just right.

You are buoyant and relaxed,

But perfectly conscious.

And all around you is nothing but beauty.

You can see bright leaves hanging from the trees,

Brighter than emeralds and flickering in the breeze,

Giving off light in every direction.

The sky is a pale and beautiful shade of blue,

With just the faintest hints of clouds passing through.

Once in a while they may float over to the sun,

And as soon as they have passed,

You feel the warmth of its golden rays even stronger,

And it relaxes you further.

Here everything is peace.

You can feel the beauty and connectedness of everything,

Just in being present.

As you soak up this very moment,

It's clear that it is all that matters.

Peace seems to float all around,

In the air and in the trees and in the ground below.

Everything simply is what it is,

And that thought of peace in being where you are brings a smile to your face.

You can feel the calm and joy becoming a part of you too,

As you continue floating along on your personal current of air.

It's a state of unbothered bliss,

Simply in being where you are.

And in this moment,

You know that this moment is just like any other,

That at any time you can call upon this state of being,

Because the peace around you is also within you.

It finds rest deep in your being,

And that peace,

As long as you want it,

Can always be summoned.

And now,

As you continue drifting along,

Start to move the parts of your body that are ready to start coming back into motion,

Perhaps rolling the wrists or ankles.

Think about creating length throughout the body,

Maybe fully stretching or simply opening up the parts that need it most,

Length in the neck,

In the arms and shoulders,

The hips or torso.

This magnificent body of yours is infused with that peace you have been feeling,

And working in harmony with your mind,

It will carry you through anything you'll face.

Now,

Coming out of your personal air current that has so kindly transported you along this journey of peace,

You smile at your own strength and peace.

You start to carry yourself and your sense of peace back into your current surroundings,

Reducing any sounds or other sensations,

And simply being aware of whatever comes to you.

Everything you've set down before this meditation seems lighter.

The worries and fears simply don't seem to have the same control.

You instead have the peace to manage them.

You know that you have everything you need within you,

And that any time you can call back on that inner strength and calm to create your own current of bliss to carry you through.

And now,

Let your eyes come back to life to take in the moment around you,

Slowly exploring your environment and reminding yourself of the innate peace that lies in everything.

You can perpetuate that state simply by living in your own state of calm,

Powerful vibrance.

So now,

As this session comes to a close,

Remember this feeling and call upon it whenever you need.

It rests deep within you at any time,

And with each experience of it,

You become stronger and more rooted,

More radiant.

So now,

Go shine that radiance into your life.
