Be like a bubble floating on the surface, Down an endless stream of consciousness, Serene and noiseless. Now remember your body, That which watches and breathes. Feel your breath enter and leave. Imagine it bringing fresh air and new energy to every part of yourself, Circulating, Stirring up, Energizing. Notice what is stirred up emotionally, What floats to the surface. What comes up as it leaves the darkness and comes to the light is what must come up. Welcome the inevitable! Your spirit may not always show, But it is always there under the surface, In the depths. So, Again, Stir it up, Bring your spirit to light today. Don't be afraid to see what happens when you show who you really are.
