I started crying halfway through this meditation. I’ve been dealing with a lot of health anxiety lately over a health situation, and I felt so safe and held in this beautiful forest that I felt safe to have an emotional release. Thank you for all of your lovely meditations. I find them to be very healing. I wish I lived close to such a lovely forest. 🌳🍄💕
