I am Isabelle von Fallois and I want to take you on a soul journey with the Atlantean Angel of Self-love,
Am I?
And you decide whether you want to sit or to lie down,
Whatever feels good for you.
And know,
My meditations always start with open eyes,
Because like that we can learn easily to go into deep relaxation with just one single breath.
And now,
Let's begin.
Breathe deeply with open eyes.
And while closing your eyes in slow motion,
Breathe out and give your brain the command to go automatically into a deep,
Relaxed and very mindful state.
Breathe in and out deeply and relax,
Relax,
Relax.
And let your thoughts go by like clouds in the sky and be very present.
Present.
Present.
And in this moment,
You might feel the energy changing and two magnificent archangels appear,
Hanyel and Michael.
And they surround you with their silver and golden light so that you are protected on all levels and the feminine and masculine energies within you get more and more balanced and the two hemispheres of your brain get synchronized.
Breathe in and out deeply and know you are completely safe and protected on this journey.
And you can feel and maybe even see the dimensions changing as the two archangels take your hands and you start to travel through time and space,
Space and time,
Time and space until you reach the golden times of Atlantis.
And while your feet touch Mother Earth,
You feel immediately that your frequency is rising and you feel incredible at this celestial place.
There are no words to describe this golden time of Atlantis.
Not far from you,
You see a turquoise pyramid and you are magnetically drawn towards it.
And so you walk,
You walk in the sunshine until you reach the pyramid.
You can't see any portal and have no clue how to enter.
But your intuition is strong and so you lift your left hand and touch the pyramid.
And out of the blue a portal appears and you enter a turquoise pyramid.
Oh my God,
This place is so beyond.
Crystals everywhere and again you feel your frequency rising.
The most beautiful angel appears and she is nobody else than the angel of self-love from Atlantis,
Amai.
Of course angels don't have gender,
But Amai's energy is definitely more feminine than masculine.
And she embraces you with her beautiful wings and you feel and know that she accepts you just the way you are.
It feels so wonderfully and you relax even deeper.
And then angel Amai steps backwards and with her two hands she forms a chalice.
And all of a sudden in the chalice of her hands appears the most beautiful turquoise flame,
The Atlantean flame of self-love.
And maybe you know the violet flame of transformation,
But this flame is completely different,
So tender,
So loving.
And angel Amai lets the turquoise flame dance through your entire aura to cleanse it from everything that is not love and lie.
And you feel becoming lighter and lighter with every single breath.
And then angel Amai stands in front of you again and she puts the flame of self-love into your heart chakra.
And this feels incredible.
And you feel the flame growing within your body,
Becoming wider and wider and bigger and bigger until you stand with all of your bodies within the turquoise flame of self-love.
It is such a beautiful feeling.
Enjoy it beloved soul.
And angel Amai asks you to repeat after her,
I am divine and I am enough.
I am divine and I am enough.
I am truly divine and I am always enough.
And angel Amai asks you to breathe in and out deeply three times to anchor these words within your being.
Feel it and enjoy it.
And then Amai suggests you to send the turquoise flame of self-love ahead of you into your day so that you walk on the path of self-love and you feel it immediately and you fall out of it.
And then just remember you are divine and you are always enough.
And get back into this feeling and know the more you love yourself,
The more you are able to love others.
Self-love is the key to more love in your life.
And now it is time to say goodbye or to ask angel Amai to come with you and stay at your side for the rest of the day and maybe the night.
Use wisely from your heart and now say thank you in your very personal way.
And then you step out of the pyramid again with or without angel Amai where Haniel and Michael are awaiting you and once again they take your hands and the dimensions start changing and you travel back through time and space,
Space and time,
Time and space.
Back,
Back,
Back,
Back,
Back into the here and now and you start moving and stretching your body to truly come back into the here and now.
Breathe in and out deeply three times and open your eyes when you feel ready.
