I invite you to find a comfortable place where you can relax,

Where you can just sit down or even lie down if you feel like to.

Why not?

Actually lying down is the best choice for you so you can just relax,

Relax start entering in your body.

And I always begin with like breathing because that's how we slow down our body.

So just noticing our breathing,

Not trying to control it,

Just observing it.

Observing how our belly,

Our abdomen,

Our chest goes up and down.

Up and down.

And then we can imagine that each time we inhale,

We inhale a beautiful warm bright white light,

Filling us and protecting us for this journey.

Inhaling white light,

Exhaling everything that is not serving you right now.

You are filling up yourself with white light.

It's filling up your entire body.

Now just relax and focus on the sound.
