Welcome to the Kelly Russell chakra meditation.

Consider which chakras you felt connected to easily and which ones were a little bit more challenging to either visualize the color or feel energy there.
It gives you information on which ones may be active or even overactive and which ones were blocked.
Take a big inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Another big inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
One more big one.
Inhale and exhale.
And this completes the seven chakra meditation.
