I just learned today that there’s a thymus chakra and how grateful and pleasantly surprised I am defined this recording today. I have so much grief and hurt and pain and even anger in the area of my thymus chakra. I hope listening to this will help clear this dense energy🩵💙💜🩵💙💜🩵💜💜
