At times we experience moments of heaviness and shame.
My intention for this meditation is to hold space for you to release some of that heaviness and shame that you have been carrying.
I invite you to find a comfortable way to be in your space that could be seated or lying down.
Relax your shoulders away from your ears.
Relax the muscles in your face and soften your jaw.
If it feels safe and comfortable,
Close your eyes or lower your gaze to the earth,
Doing what feels natural.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up your belly,
Your rib cage,
And your chest.
And then exhale out through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
Filling up the belly,
The rib cage,
Then the chest.
And exhale out through your mouth.
One more deep breath,
Breathing in through your nose.
And let it out through your mouth.
In this moment,
If it feels safe,
I invite you to bring to your awareness something that is weighing heavy on you or causing shame that you are ready to release.
We will work to release this energy and reprogram our minds through a series of affirmations.
You may repeat the affirmations out loud,
Silently in your mind,
Or simply just pay attention to how the vibration of the words feel in your body.
Let's begin.

Take a moment to notice how you feel after receiving these affirmations.
Allow the cleansing waters to release the heaviness and the shame.
Allow yourself to receive the affirmations of worthiness,
Wholeness,
And divinity.
Feel it.
Trust it.
And believe it.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and let it out through your mouth.
Gently start to bring awareness back into your body.
Gently opening your eyes if you've closed them.
