No Rush

there is NO RUSH. I've dealt with this feeling of always being "behind" my whole life. always needing to "do more" and "be more" - rather than settling into the beauty of what already is...which funny enough, is just what it takes to bring the "more" that you're after. at least that's how I view it now.
