This meditation is about the heart,
It's about remembering who we are.

So let's sit down in a comfortable position with the spine straight and your hands facing up,
Resting in your knees.
We are going to breathe in and out gently and slowly just to come to center so we all being in the same frequency.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale all the way to the stomach,
Big belly and exhale gently and slowly.
And exhale again and exhale gently and slowly.
And do it again gently and slowly.
As you do that,
You will imagine a bubbling light coming out of your chest,
Coming out of your physical heart.
And it's expanding 360 degrees and you oughta feel every time you breathe,
This is growing,
It's growing out of the size of the limitation of your physical body.
Keep doing it,
It's just this light,
You can give it a color,
Green light,
But really,
Really you are a rainbow color.
You are holding within you the hues of the different frequencies,
That's the beauty.
Keep breathing gently and slowly and think about this beautiful physical heart.
That pump again and again and keep your body moving and alive.
But it's not only within your physical body,
Your heart lives in many dimensions.
And the beauty is that he informs you and brings the answer to your question.
I call it the central station because he lives within you and everywhere and within you is the answer to everything that you ever want to know.
That's why it's so important to cultivate this relationship.
I wanted to ask you,
Has you imagined yourself this light coming out of your heart and emanated through your whole physical,
Emotional,
Mental and energetic body?

As these beautiful energies are speaking to you,
Imagine this energy going down through your legs,

Deep down into the core of Mother Earth.
And connect with these energies.

What do you feel in your whole body?
Maybe you feel a shock,
Something warm going through your energy system that is something so beautiful that you want to connect daily.
Because with this connection is how you move through the world,
How you behave and act according to your own beliefs and creation.
Now bring this energy back into your body through the soles of your feet,
Into your knees and use your basic chakra and your hips.
What do you feel?
How do you bring it upwards to the navel where is your tang tien,
Where you keep these strong energies to assist you in the times that are challenging to you and then bring it into your heart?
How it feels with the energy of the earth?
Think again,
Do you have a message for me?
Do you have a name?
Do you have an idea?
Do you have something to tell me?
Then keep going up with these energies into your throat chakra,
Into your third eye which is the pineal gland located,
Which is the stargate to the inner world.
Where is your intuition being developed that is your real connection to your creativity and to your higher self,
To your soul,
To your divinity.
Now bring the energy up into your crown chakra and this energy from the heart connected to your crown chakra is connected to the divine being,
The source of your being.
What do you feel?
What do you hear?
There is a thousand petals being activated when you do that.
That's how clairvoyantly seeing the crown chakra and go up in this connection three feet upwards and then continue all the way to the stratosphere,
All the way up where your angels and archangels and beings of the light and your divine self is connecting with your being.
Stay there.
What do you feel?
What do you hear?
Please take note within your whole being.
You are a being of light.
You are the love,
The unconditional love.
You are compassion and mercy.
You are the creative being.
You are the one.
You love yourself so much and as you do that,
You recognize that you are at the center of the universe where your heart is informing you and your introduction with all life,
With your emotion,
With Mother Earth,
With other human being,
With other beings of light that surround you,
With source,
With your mind,
With your new ideas,
With your manifestations.
Now bring these energies back to the silver core,
Three feet near the crown chakra and stay there again.
How you feel this connection?
Now going downwards to your third eye,
To your third chakra.
This is the center where you speak your truth.
You speak your creation in through existence.
Think about that.
How powerful it is and how powerful you are.
And now bring your consciousness into your heart chakra and remember the feelings and the messages and the love and who you are.
I ask that you bring right now this feeling into every cell of your being and remember,
