Prayer To The Sea: Anxiety Relief - Harp & Whale Song

This is a prayer to the spirit of the sea, asking for strength and might, freedom and peace. It calls upon ancient spirit guides and the deep wisdom of whales to help release worry and burden, fear and anxiety. There are moments of silence also to feel embraced by whale song. I am the ocean wrapped up in a pearl.

I flow with the waves and roll with the currents.

I call upon my water guardians and spirit guides to fill me with love,

Fill me with effervescence,

Fill me with energy so that I may swim lightly through this life with ease,

Grace and abundance.

I call upon the ancient whales with their mystical song to heal my wounds with their echoes.

Dear whales,

Take away my anxiety,

Allow me to rest a while in your deep embrace.

Allow me to bathe in your ancient healing that cuts through any worry,

Any fear that I have.

I call upon Poseidon,

God of the sea,

To give me strength and poise to conquer any feeling that brings me down.

I call upon Poseidon,

God of the sea,

To prepare me for any situation that is frightening and leaves me nervous.

I ask for your power,

For your might,

For your support,

That you will be there in my heart with the full force of the magnificent sea to help me rise up,

Feel held,

Feel elated,

Feel free,

Just like a wave.

I thank my spirit guides for everything they do for me,

For all that I have,

I want to give it back to the world.

May the glorious radiance of the universe shine upon me,

And then I'll shine it back out with love.
