With your eyes closed,
Your face soft,
Hands at your side,
Allow yourself to take some deep breaths.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.

Breathing out.
Breathing normally and naturally and deeply.
Letting everything go from yesterday.
Allowing the future to just be in the future.
Knowing that right here and right now in the present moment,
You are okay.
Think to yourself,
I am okay.
Allow your eyes to soften.
Notice if you're clenching your jaw.
Taking deep,
Long breaths,
Allowing your neck,
Shoulders,
And back to relax.
I am okay.
The day is new and fresh.
So much opportunity,
Possibility.
Stay present moment by moment.
Allow this to be your mantra for the day.

Take a few more deep,
Long breaths.
Your day has begun and you have the courage to face the day and make it whatever you want.
