I have listened to this dozens of times and just realized I never gave any feedback. I don’t think it’s offered when the recording is part of a playlist. Anyway this is great for yoga stretches on repeat and mornings while I’m making coffee and taking my dog out. It’s very therapeutic in that it seems to clear the mind chatter and helps to calmly focus on the present moment. Thank you for sharing your talent with us 🕊️🪷🕉️🙏🏻
