Welcome to my Therapeutic Healing Sounds Playlist series exclusively on Insight Timer Member's Plus.
This track features an RAV drum which is like a handpan. A choir of my voice sung together, and a beautiful drum that was gifted to me from Tanzania.

In the background there are the sounds of ocean waves, gently lapping at the shore. This is another piece of love as a victory, wisdom as a victory while honoring all the challenges and difficulties we have overcome and yet to experience in this lifetime that shape us into who we truly are.

May this song carry you through the times of difficulty as well as the times of joyful celebration. May it deepen our gratitude and celebration of all that we are and all that has touched us.
