Calm In Traffic is meant to help you release unnecessary tension, move through delays with greater patience, and create a sense of calm during your commute so you can protect your peace instead of absorbing the stress around you. This short meditation is designed to help calm your mind and nervous system while navigating traffic and the stress that can sometimes come with commuting.
