
Calm After Work
This short meditation is designed to help calm our mind and nervous system at the end of the workday. Many of us tend to carry work stress, tension, frustration, and unfinished conversations home with us, replaying the day long after our work has actually ended. Calm After Work is meant to help us release mental stress, leave work at work, and achieve an emotional reset so we can move into our evening with more peace, presence, and calm. It’s my hope that you return home feeling lighter, calmer, and fully present for the life that exists outside of work.
