There are no distractions.
You are limiting yourself from the external noise and busyness that tends to flood our daily lives.
This is a moment for you to just be in stillness,
To be in your own energy,
To rest in the seat of your soul.
Simply tune in to how that feels.
Get familiar with this part of you that can sometimes feel drowned out by the noise.
Be with your soul now.
Enjoy this period of silence so that you can hear your soul communicating with you,
