Grounding And Clearing Sound Activation

You're listening to a grounding and clearing sound activation by Louisa Meyer. Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down and I invite you to soften the eyes or close them all the way if that feels right for you today. Start by settling into the breath. We'll take three deep breaths to get started. Take a nice deep inhale two three four hold two three and exhale two three four five six seven. Very good and we'll do that two more times. Inhale two three four hold two three and exhale two three four five six seven. Last time fill all the way up the belly and the chest two three four hold two three and exhale everything down two three four five six seven. Calling on all of your angels, Guides, Your spiritual team and your higher self to surround you and protect you with the highest frequency of love light now. And as you become aware of all the spiritual support surrounding you, You're also aware of the surface beneath you supporting you fully and completely. Really feel the force of that support pushing up on you and holding you. Maybe you can feel it supporting your feet, Your sit bones and as you become aware of that support allow your body to just soften into it, Surrendering into the present moment even more. Now visualize a cord coming down from the base of the spine, Maybe traveling down your legs all the way into the earth through the floor beneath you, Through all the levels of the ground going deep deep down within the earth. Go ahead and take a look at the nature of the cord. Notice what its texture looks like, Notice its color, Notice any areas that may be in need of any love and repair and if that's the case you can ask for those areas to be patched up now. Really see and visualize and feel that cord plugging into the core of the earth and watch how a nourishing flame of energy starts to rise up the cord, Going up up all the way up igniting your energy body starting at the base of your body, Maybe from the feet all the way up your legs, Continuing to rise to the base of the spine. Allow your breath to gently rise and fall, Facilitating the movement of this earth core energy up the spine. With every breath that continues to rise into the belly, Into the chest, Into the shoulders and down the arms, Into the neck and face, All the way up to the crown of your head. Take a moment to allow your body to feel safe and supported, Fully embodying the energy from the earth. Now it's time to turn your attention to the crown of your head, At that opening noticing it beginning to sparkle. Visualize your higher self, Your spiritual team, Angels, The highest vibration guides holding a bucket of golden love light energy. They begin to pour it into the crown of your head, Into your body now. You can feel the quality of this light is cleansing like a spiritual liquid soap, Starting to dance and bubble its way down into every cell of the body, Filling you up from the inside out all the way down to the cellular level with the intention of cleansing and clearing, Making way for a greater and deeper connection to source, To love. So watch as this light begins to fill you up from the bottom of your feet, Pouring down the spine all the way down your legs and as it fills up your body, Notice that every area it touches becomes completely peaceful as that light begins to spin and cleanse what it touches. You might feel a warm or tingling sensation rising where it goes. Feel it spreading through the feet, Cleansing and clearing all tension from the ankles, The calves, Allowing the muscles of the legs to let go, Finding relief in your knees, Cleansing and clearing out your thighs, Allowing these muscles that keep you moving and steady to have a break and relax. After filling your legs completely, Watch as the cleansing clearing light moves up into your sit bones at the root chakra. It cleanses the center and activates your sense of presence, Safety and support in the material world now. Moving up into the lower belly organs, The light cleanses and activates the sacral chakra, Opening your center of creativity, Sensuality, Pleasure and flow to allow you to move easily and effortlessly with the cycle of life now. Watching as that cleansing and clearing light moves into the upper belly, Cleansing and activating the solar plexus chakra, The organs that digest all of your food and your energy, Opening your center of personal power so that you can be confident to shine your light into the world now. Moving up into the heart, Cleansing and activating the heart center to give way to a pure connection to all things within and without, Courageously opening up your center of love now. Watch as that energy continues to rise into the neck, The shoulders, Cleansing and activating the throat chakra to open your connection to your authentic truth and ability to express that truth through your own unique vibration now. Watching as that light continues to move up through the neck into the face, Relaxing the muscles of the face, Cleansing and activating the area of the third eye chakra in the center of the forehead, Opening up your ability to see your inner vision, Know the spiritual truth of your divine essence now. And finally, Watching as that light rises back up to where it began to pour in, Solidifying your activation of the crown chakra, Restoring and integrating your connection to universal source consciousness in all parts of yourself now. Feel the energy of this cleansing and clearing light completely filling every part of the body. Yes, Feel that expansion within your field. We're going to take three deep breaths to allow anything in your field that the light released or unblocked to be flushed down the cord, Giving it back to the earth for recycling. So take a nice deep inhale and exhale, Giving thanks and releasing these parts down the cord. Second time, Inhaling all the way up and exhale with gratitude. And one more time, Very last deep inhale, All the way up and exhale, Everything that needs to be released, Giving thanks one more time. As you can see your body fully cleansed and filled with the pure golden light, Let that light spin and expand beyond your physical body, Spinning and expanding to create a bubble several feet beyond your physical body, Powerfully surrounding you with a love frequency force field. Notice how this light is shining from you, The nature of its sparkle. Notice how expansive and empowering this embodiment feels. Yes, Settle into this frequency as it is always within you and available to you at any time. Now it is time to give thanks for the support of your spiritual team, Higher self and divine source frequency for this grounding and clearing activation today. On the count of three, Open back up your eyes ready to return with one, Continuing to breathe, Inhaling and exhaling gently. With two, Wiggling the fingers and the toes, Maybe moving the spine back and forth. And with three, Coming back fluttering the eyes open, Welcome.
