Hi and welcome.
My name is Cynthia Vieira.
I am so excited to be on Insight Timer.
I've been meditating on Insight Timer now for about a year and I am super excited to become a teacher now.
It's just been a fun adventurous year where I've been really diving into how to calm my nervous system and because I feel very dysregulated on a day to day basis and triggered.
However,
I really do find that meditation has helped me to stay calm and centered.
I've used this even in my undergraduate degree studies and as I completed my Masters this year in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction May of 2021.
It's so exciting!
And now I'm in this new endeavor of,
You know,
Just taking some time to really make myself known to the world with my gifts because yes,
We all have them.
I'm not anyone who's special but if you are listening to this,
You are in for a ride.
So thank you,

Giving me a quick review or sharing my meditations with others on different platforms.

So I will be doing a mini-series on podcasting as well and how I go ahead,
Like,
Pretty much how I'm envisioning my day to day utilizing tools that help me with life force energy.
I am such a great person with so many gifts,
Honestly.
I've recently taken a course in Reiki with one of my dear sisters whom I truly love and adore and I've taken on mentorship which is six months.
She's out in the East Coast.
Shout out to Kelly Rich and all of my own-your-intuition sistas.
I love you all so much.
This work that I'm doing,
I give credit to the six month mentorship that I did which is Healing the Witch Wound and I mean that goes to tell you like,
There's a lot of healing up in here that I'm like,
You know,
I'm worthy though.
So this is what it's about.
Thanks for joining me on my venture and my endeavors.
I will be pretty much building a website as well where you can go ahead and solicit my services.
But for now,
I mean this platform,
Insight Timer,
Has so many different avenues where we can work together,
Build community.
And so my hope is that by you joining this awesome platform and following me that I'm able to go online and do some online events,
You know,
But I need a hundred followers.
So not to be like,
Yo,
Make this dream come true.
But yes,
Let's support each other and you know,
Make these ventures come to life and allow this community to feed off of one another with good life force energy and vitality.
And I can't wait to share my routines and rituals with y'all and just,
You know,
Set up for success because that's what we need nowadays,
Especially since we're all living under this boiling pot of,
You know,
Just stressors every single day.
But,
You know,
We can handle that and we are handling that by having a good toolkit.
And as an educator,
You know,
I've been a coach for a lot of students and families.
I've worked in higher education and also in early childhood as a preschool teacher.
And I ran an after school program for gifted students with,
You know,
Various ages and elementary and middle school.
And so,
Heck yeah,
I'm excited to work with all beings.
And there is no,
No way that I'm going to stop what I'm doing.
