I'm Hayley and this is an offering that's very simple,
An affirmation meditation to remind me or us of what we're aligning to and with.
Really this is my own practice but I thought you might like to share in it.
Welcome yourself,
Call in all of your energies,
All of what it means to be you and take a couple of big deliberate breaths.
Feel your feet connected to the earth,
Your crown open to the cosmos and acknowledge the tenderness and love of your heart,
The meeting place of it all.
I trust wholeheartedly in the path of my spirit.
I am open to the universe surprising and delighting me.
I know the universe is limitless and provides all I could dream of easily and effortlessly.
I let go and I let myself receive.
I'm a powerful conduit for healing.
I allow the energy of something more to move through me.
As you heal,
I heal.
As we heal,
The world heals.
My healing is open-ended and endless.
I let go of any blocks for my capacity as a channel of healing.
I enter into a phase as a healing conduit in ways that had previously been undiscovered in me.
I understand that healing is our most natural instinct and the return to wholeness that we all so deeply crave.
Using my intuition is life-affirming.
I'm living like a wild human with a free and fierce tribe,
Laughing as we walk each other home.
I'm radiant,
Enlivened and wildly loving and I just keep letting more love in.
I allow myself to get off the grid of my own thinking and my own patterns and my thoughts are expansive and creative.
I am the past,
The present and the future.
I am held in the matrix of all existence.
I pray to be in my full radiance.
I let the magic come through.
I'm a conduit opening the space for magic both for myself and for others.
Synchronicity is the outbreak of a greater intelligence and I recognize this with ease.
When I love someone,
I also love their journey.
When I show faith in someone,
I'm also showing faith in myself and when I trust in someone,
The invitation is also for me to be trustworthy.
My relationships feel safe,
Supportive and healing.
What I radiate out becomes an example and a beacon for others and I allow myself to soften to moments of joy.
I rest in my own magnificence.
My energy is in its highest order and my life and my energy are supercharged.
I let my face speak what is in my heart.
I have the courage to be seen in my wholeness and there is nothing about me that I need to fix or change.
I love and accept every part of me as I am.
My life is in flow.
All parts of me are welcome and all phases of me belong.
I am love incarnate.
My magic is strong and I create the life I desire with ease.
My life is exquisite.
I'm a kind,
Creative,
Loving and compassionate spirit.
I move freely,
Fluidly and gracefully.
I'm the embodiment of strength,
Flexibility and ease.
I'm luminous,
Magnetic,
Radiant.
I live in my highest vibrancy.
I look and feel confident.
I'm full of vitality.
I'm passionate.
I'm graceful.
I'm strong and I'm free.
My body serves me in the most profound ways.
My body is a sacred site and my healing capacity is limitless.
I just keep letting more love in.
I cast a spell of protection around myself and what I value.
I architect boundaries in order to manifest my desires.
I trust that I'm always supported and the universe is rising to meet me.
In my work I attract and serve soul clients.
We manifest joy,
Health and abundance together.
I love being of service to them and I'm truly aligned with my purpose.
I attract a caliber of clients I'd previously only dreamed of and my friendships,
Family and intimate relationships are the same.
My life is a clear example of abundance in action.
There is more than enough for me and for everyone.
I'm great with money.
I earn an abundance of money and this gives me the freedom to be generous,
To travel,
To work creatively as well as to save and to rest.
I'm generous and I enjoy giving and sharing.
This returns to me for the refold.
My heart is joyous and I communicate authentically and easily.
I listen fully.
I surrender to something greater than myself and I allow myself to be a vessel for healing.
I allow the power of something more to heal me too.
The universe is always rigged in my favor.
I have a life full of love,
Passion,
Abundance and authenticity.
I'm a divine being of power living in my light and my sovereignty.
I give myself permission and encourage all those around me to ask for more,
To expect more love,
More authenticity and grace and to act as if the planet is already healed,
Healing and whole.
The stories that we hold about someone invites them to act accordingly.
I tell my stories through a lens of love,
Truth,
Wisdom,
Gratitude,
Healing and renewal.
I know that I am nature and nature is me.
I'm a powerful channel.
I'm always in the right place at the right time and I know what to do.
