Creating a safe and nurturing cocoon.
This light is a reflection of your own self-love and inner radiance.
Feel its gentle embrace as it starts at the crown of your head and slowly moves down,
Covering every inch of your body with light.
Picture yourself standing in a serene meadow,
Surrounded by vibrant,
Colorful flowers.
Each flower represents a different aspect of who you are.
Notice the variety of colors,
Shapes,
And sizes,
Each one uniquely beautiful,
Just like you.
Now bring your focus to your heart center.
Visualize a soft,
Glowing light residing there,
Like a luminous jewel.
This light is the essence of your self-love,
The purest form of love that you have for yourself.
With each breath you take,
This light grows stronger and more vibrant,
Filling your entire being with warmth and acceptance.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine you are holding a mirror in front of you.
In this mirror,
You see your reflection.
Not just your physical appearance,
But your essence,
Your spirit,
