Myabodhi presents the Quantum Meditation Series.
We are now going to do a meditation to help balance and open the heart chakra.
This chakra is how we experience love.
It is the gateway to the upper chakras and to our higher selves,
A bridge between earthly matters and higher aspirations.
It is empathy,
Grace,
And our ability to forgive and be forgiven.
The place of unconditional love,
Compassion,
And where we give and receive.
Find a place that is quiet,
A place where you can safely go inside and connect to your inner core.
You can either sit or lie down.
Just make sure your spine is straight and that you are comfortable.
It is best to listen with headphones.
Please don't listen while driving.
We will start by breathing into the heart chakra,
Which is located in the center of the chest.
