Allow yourself to be seated in a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Take few deep slow relaxing inhalations and exhalations.

Feel the oneness.

Slowly,

Slowly become oneness.

You have no pattern.

Slowly allow your breathing to become more and more gentle.

Gentle like air.

With each breath allow your body to become lighter and lighter.

Dissolve into emptiness.

Go deeper into the sacred space of your heart.

Within this space the true self exists.

An infinite essence that has no pattern.

Focus your whole consciousness in your heart space.

In this place there are no images,

No words,

Only delicate feeling of oneness.

And from that delicacy know that all living beings in this world are like you,

Holding no pattern.

What I think everyone thinks.

What I feel everyone feels.

What I experience everyone experiences.

And from that place you can become everyone.

Pure simple oneness.

Each and every one of us carry the truth.

The truth is the soul,

Have I am.

He exists within all of us.

He is.

He who gives us life,

He is our shepherd deep within.
