So often, abundance meditations focus on manifest what one desires, but a big part of attracting abundance is cherishing what you already have: all that fulfills you and has a seamless flow in your life. In this guided meditation, you will visualize a field full of crops of your abundance. Take an imaginary walk down the rows, and feel gratitude for the bounties in your life. The meditation is accompanied by uplifting harp music to deepen this sense of gratitude.

What does abundance mean to you?

When you first hear the word,

Your mind might immediately travel to money,

Wealth,

Or material items.

You might imagine a flowing stream of nourishment,

Like a fully stocked kitchen or a feast on the dining room table.

Abundance is all of these things,

But I invite you to dig a little deeper.

What in your life fulfills you?

What is sufficient?

What do you notice you tend to receive after meditation,

Prayer,

Or giving?

So often,

We get caught up thinking about what we are in want of,

What we think will make us happier,

Livelier,

Or more satisfied.

After all,

When we search for abundance meditations,

Many center around manifestation,

The idea of sending our desires into the universe,

Hoping they become a reality.

This is a significant part of visualizing abundance,

But the other part is cherishing the abundance you already have.

In this meditation,

You will visualize an abundant harvest of all the blessings in your life.

I will accompany you with soothing harp music to instill gratitude and uplift.

Begin by finding a comfortable position for your body.

If you're able,

Consider connecting to the earth by sitting or lying directly on the floor or ground,

Using a cushion or mat if you wish.

As you settle in,

Notice that connection to the earth.

What parts of your body are making contact with the surface beneath you?

Can you feel gravity pulling you closer?

Breathe,

And with every exhale,

Ground yourself just a little bit further into the earth.

Choose one of your exhales to gently close your eyes in time with your breath.

Let an image form in your mind of a vast field.

You are standing at its edge,

Admiring rows upon rows of lush,

Bountiful crops as far as the eye can see.

The warm sun casts a golden glow on the rich,

Brown soil.

You smell the aromas of floral,

Dirt,

Leaves,

And greenery.

You taste the crisp air on your tongue.

You feel your feet grounding into the earth.

You take a few steps closer to the field,

And you notice that these are not ordinary crops.

These are the crops of all that is abundant in your life.

Each row is filled with blessings.

Slowly walk each row and notice all your crops of abundance.

All that fulfills you,

Replenishes you,

And has continuous flow into your life.

With each step,

You feel a greater appreciation for the bounties in your life.

You make your way to the end of the final row,

And you turn back to gaze out at the field as a whole.

You feel a wave of gratitude wash over you as you see all the abundance you have been gifted.

Breathe in deep,

Letting that feeling of gratitude course through your body,

And exhale with a sigh.

Slowly let the image of your field fade away,

But know that the abundance and the gratitude it brings will remain.

Guide your attention back to the feeling of your body rooting into the earth beneath you.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

As the music fades,

If it's comfortable,

I invite you to end your meditation by turning your mouth upward into a little smile,

And by placing your hands in your lap,

Palms facing up.

This is a gesture of acceptance of all the gifts from the universe.

Sit in this position for as long as you wish,

Before ending your meditation when it feels natural for you.

Thank you for joining me in your practice today.
