Hello,

I am Harmony Brown.

Thank you for being here with me today as we go through a guided meditation to help you unlock your truest potential and to connect to your highest truth.

Sit comfortably or lay yourself down just as you would for Shavasana.

Relax your arms.

Palms can be facing up or down.

Palms facing up is more receiving.

Palms facing down is more grounding.

Relax your legs or stretch them out.

Maybe toes falling out to the sides or grounding into the earth.

Adjusting anything you need to feel more comfortable.

Gently close your eyes and now welcome yourself into this space.

Start to slow your breathing and now let's start to take three deep breaths together.

Inhaling through the nose deeply and now audibly exhaling through your mouth.

Feeling your chest rise and fall.

And again in out.

Start to notice the space between each breath.

That slight pause.

That pure moment just after you exhale but just before you take that next breath in.

Start to feel your physical body as it starts to respond to this stillness.

And now one final breath.

Letting out a big sigh with this last exhale.

Inhale and sighing on the exhale.

Taking in another breath and physically scanning your body for any residual tension.

Relaxing even more deeply.

Starting to exaggerate the length of your exhale.

Feel the waves of comfort and relaxation.

Washing over your body.

Thank yourself for this time of deep relaxation.

For many this may be the first time you've noticed your breath in this day or even in this week.

Let's take three more breaths slowly inhaling and exhaling slowly.

And then slowly exhaling.

Allowing your body to fall into a state of complete relaxation.

Connecting with each and every sensation of each inhale and exhale.

Feel the energy just outside your skin and around you.

Feel the energy of the earth that you are rested upon.

Now feel and connect to the energy field emanating from within your being.

A perfect union of all energies merging as one.

You're going to move into a mantra based meditation.

As you sit or lay here settled in your soul,

You can start to feel and visualize truths,

Messages from our own intuition.

Maybe you can feel the energy of your body.

You can start to feel and visualize truths,

Messages from our own intuition.

Maybe a flame from a creative spark arising within yourself.

Remember to let go of any expectations that you may have during this practice.

And if you notice that you are focusing on a feeling,

A mood,

An emotion,

Or if you are waiting for some experience to happen,

Treat this as you would any other thought and gently bring your attention back to the mantra.

Innocently going with the flow.

I am now going to ask that you begin to bring in the silent repetition of the phrase,

I am.

Continue to breathe comfortably and repeat.

I am.

I am.

And now follow it with your full name first and then last.

I am.

I am.

Now continue dropping your last name.

I am.

I am.

Repeating I am and now dropping your first name.

I am.

I am.

Continue to gently repeat the mantra to yourself.

I am.

I am.

If your mind is feeling uneasy,

You can link that repetition to your breath.

Inhaling I as you exhale am.

I am.

I am.

And now we are going to surrender to our true selves.

Our most beautiful,

Authentic selves.

Marinating in this silence that we have created.

Listen loudly to the innate wisdom your inner intuition is about to uncover,

Reveal and gift to you.

The only thing that you have to do is listen.

Repeating again silently.

I am.

I am.

I am.

And now we are going to ask ourselves these four soul questions.

Who am I?

Who am I?

Who are you?

Who might you be if you started to believe and truly accept yourself?

Who are you?

Who am I?

Who am I?

Who am I?

Who am I?

What do I want?

What do you want?

What would you truly want if you stopped looking for voices of acceptance and started listening and honoring your genuine inner voice?

What do you want?

What is my purpose?

What is my purpose?

What makes your soul sing with joy?

Visualize stepping out of your comfort zone and allowing your true magic to happen.

What is your purpose?

What is your purpose?

What is your purpose?

What am I grateful for?

What are you grateful for?

Choose to celebrate all of the small things,

Celebrating even the choice that you made today to carve out this time for meditation.

What are you grateful for?

What is your purpose?

What is your purpose?

And again,

Silently repeating,

I am with your first and last name.

And now dropping your name all together and repeating the mantra.

And now for the next little bit,

We're going to drop the I am and repeat the mantra.

So hum.

So hum.

So hum.

So hum.

Resting in awareness.

Resting in being.

Resting in existence.

Resting in presence.

Resting in I.

Now let's recommit to staying present in this moment.

Keeping your mind awake and alert while your body grounds deeper and deeper into stillness.

Continue to listen to the messages coming through from your inner self.

And let these messages that you are receiving melt and intertwine with the fibers of your being.

Hear your intuition.

Honor it and trust in it.

And let this be your guide to becoming the highest version of yourself.

The truths that you live by.

What are the messages that your soul has whispered?

Are they messages of healing?

Is it a quality that you would like to invite in and experience?

What personalized messages are you receiving right now?

It could be,

I am enough.

It could be,

I am worthy.

I am lovable.

I am valuable.

I am inspiring.

I am forgiveness.

I am awakening.

I am growing.

I am confident.

And now continue your I am mantra another three times.

Still silently,

But with passion.

Give it meaning and bring it to life.

I am.

I am.

Visualize yourself embodying this message.

Your breath is effortlessly coming and going.

The same breath that connects us to each other,

To the universe,

And to something far greater and more profound than even we can fully know and comprehend.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Connecting with your breath.

For the next little bit of time here.

Feel the difference in your body than when you first started.

Now knowing that in those spaces between each breath is access to all of your infinite possibilities.

Your most creative ideas.

The peace that you ask for in your day.

All the clarity you crave to the questions you ask yourself.

The place that you will find all of your answers.

All that will squash any of your limiting beliefs.

In those spaces between each breath is your truth.

I'm going to ask that you repeat again silently to yourself.

I am.

I am.

And at the end fill in the rest of that mantra with the truth that came forward for you today.

I am.

Let this unlocked potential be married as one with your soul and help you create the life of joy and peace you deserve.

Catapulting you to your highest self that you are destined to become.

I am the light.

I am the love.

And now your turn.

I am.

I am.

Lightness of being.

Resting in being.

And feeling this true gift of non-doing.

Please start to find comfort in knowing that you can come back to this space of stillness at any time.

This space will always be here for you.

Sitting in silence will allow you to rediscover the connection to that place inside of you that's ready to create a positive future.

Full of your truest magic and possibilities.

We all have the ability and choice to improve our lives and even the lives of those around us.

Let's finish this guided practice now by taking in a full breath.

And a long breath out.

And let's start to reawaken.

Awakening our rested body.

Maybe wiggling fingers and toes.

Maybe moving our necks from side to side.

Or bending and stretching your legs.

If you're laying down,

When it feels good and comfortable for you,

Come back up to seated.

And while seated with eyes closed,

Please bring your palms together in front of your heart center.

Bowing to honor the truths that have come forward for you today.

And bowing with gratitude to your soul.
