Sound Bath Sessions 297: Sasha Calais, Shalini Nelson

In this session, I recorded Sasha and Shalini in the Taman Tugu Nursery Park. When the gates opened, we were part of the first batch of people to enter the park. We found a spot on the flat grassy area next to the parking lot, next to the swings, and began to set up. With each step stirring the mosquitoes in the grass, the birds warmed up their lungs and the invisible insects began to swell along the jungle periphery. Sasha started with a calming crystal bowl sequence under Shalini's full and breathy chants. The session is familiar, intimate, and warm in their embrace. The sessions ends, with a mutual thanks, laughs, and a hug.
